We chose to stay 100% natural and opted for bed-linen in cotton bed and linen, weaved on the lakesides of Como by the company Gastaldi. Our team really liked the very contemporary aspect and the comforting side of the fabric and the linen which reminds family houses.We can easily understand that the OKKO HOTELS concept, while shaking the hospitality codes, may also be disturbing for some guests. Cher Stephane,Nous avons bien reçu votre avis concernant notre hôtel "OKKO Hotels Cannes Centre".Nous sommes très étonnés car nous n'avons pas eu d'overbooking cette année, et nous ne comprenons pas votre commentaire.En effet, nous avons bien une réservation à votre nom pour une chambre, et non quatre, du 01 au 08 juillet sur Expedia pour laquelle vous ne vous êtes pas présenté à l'hôtel. Comme le stipule nos conditions générales de vente, nous devons débiter la première nuitée en cas de non présentation du client à l'hôtel, mais le paiement a été refusé.
