The Royal Cliff is the absolute best place I've stayed! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, personable and attentive and the location is amazing! This place deserves your business without hesitation. I can't say enough about how great my experience was.!

Ok hotel with an amazing pool

Hotel it self is a far cry from a 5star, but it has the most incredible swimming pool (at Royal Cliff Beach hotel next door). Very good hotel gym, tennis and squash fields. Make sure to get a room at a higher level, looking at the sea - you will be amazedz

Old and Out Of Date Hotel

I booked this stay as five star and 9.0 review but I found the look of outside and inside very old and dated - there was very few people, felt like it had been closed down for months - whole place was depressing, the room had been refurbished and was nice and good view but the whole ambience of the place was terrible - I booked 2 nights and left after the first and lost the money for the second night - went to another hotel and paid again and was much happier

Literally the worst "resort" ever

Worst hotel ever. I mistakenly paid for 10 nights when I left after 2 nights. It was too stressful. The restaurants here are way too expensive and poor quality. I tried to order food Grab instead and they wouldn't let the driver inside to drop it off. This place is a joke. I talked to the manager a couple times and each time he had a different excuse for the poor service. Mostly just telling me "sorry for the mistake" but not doing anything to resolve the issue. While the view from the room is nice, you have to take a cab to get anywhere as security wouldn't even open the gate so I can walk to the store. Instead, they made me take a 30 minute walking detour. This is literally the worst resort I've stayed at. Everything I wanted to do, the staff at this place just made my life more difficult. So much for a relaxing stay... I recommend The Stay on Beach road instead. Cheaper, closer to everything, nice big rooms, and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Marvelous place

Not for me. All I could hear during the day was power tools and banging. No complimentary shuttle, too far and too isolated to walk. Only option was a taxi. The food was very average. View from the balcony was the best thing about the hotel. Ended up checking out early and loosing two nights but I couldn’t stay for another two nights.

Helt fantastisk hotell med et stort utvalg bassenger for en hver smak og en flott strand Rommene har romslige balkonger med flott sjøutsikt Eneste minus er at det litt tungvint å komme seg ut/ inn av hotellometådet til fots Kunne med enkle løsninger vært en port for gjestene nære hotellet

Gym closes at 9pm (!)

The only thing I want to highlight is that the gym is only open until 9pm, that’s really too early. The rest was decent and good.

Great complex with beautiful pools and amazing views on the ocean and Koh Larn. Staff and service simply perfect. Two things still to improve: some shuttle from hotel to Pattaya central should be included in the high price of the stay, because the hotel is 4km far in the middle of nothing. . Here and there you can see that a small renovation could be done in the rooms. But generally very good!
