"A great value hotel in the best area of Venice. Situated in a quiet courtyard but literally a minutes walk from the canal side restaurants of Cannaregio. Vaporetto stops are nearby as is a stop on the airport water bus route and the main rail station so it’s ideally located. Wonderfully helpful staff who are there to guide you through the intricacies of the city. An added bonus is breakfast served in the garden."

"If you're arriving by train, 10 min walk on level ground to the hotel. Nice big bed room, with beautiful hot water for your shower. Close to town, but not too close. My wife and i loved it.
Staff were great, and if you check out but leave later in the day. They hold your bags for you. Good easy stay"
