"Hotel was very nice, had everything on site, restaurants, cafe, casino, bars, pools, and the beach front. AC was amazing and the rooms were clean perfect sized. Location was great, had convenient stores nearby and all types of restaurants/food all around and even a church that was walking distance. Close to old San Juan and airport. Uber was inexpensive so greatly recommended. Staff and in general, Puerto Rican people were very hospitable and humble."

"What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. I arrived at midnight and the area was well lit, the hospital reception was right inside the entrance. You take...

"Very warm and welcoming staff-allowed us to stow our bags prior to check in. Room was clean and bright-lovely view of the street through huge windows. Hotel is undergoing renovations but it did not interrupt services. Thoughtful room amenities-coffee machine is perfect. Location is great-walkable to all parts of Old San Juan and located amongst shops and restaurants. Will stay again!"

"For the money they charge to stay this hotel it needs an update badly. The building itself is old and the rooms were old and dated. The ice machine and water machine on my floor didn’t work. They charge a ridiculous amount and resort fees. Bar staff was not friendly at all. The actual building on the outside. Looks weathered. Beach is tiny. This will be my last time staying there."

"We had a wonderful relaxing stay here. Breakfasts are excellent, and although the menu is limited, evening meals are very good. Pool is quite small but refreshing and beautifully clean. Our one recommendation would be to put a small fridge in the room. We will certainly return if we’re back in Puerto Rico."

"Staff were amazing! Pools are lovely. But rooms are dated and windows overlooking the sea had so many salt spots it was hard to enjoy the view, just fyi. The couch in my room was horribly stained and there were bits of trash under edges of furniture when I checked in. Not a huge deal, just notable."

"Very nice quiet stay. I did wish that they would have kept the gate to the courtyard closed at night -would have made me feel a bit more secure as my entry door was to the courtyard and I was a solo traveler. Place was very clean and a great price. I’d stay there again."
