"My second stay here and I will absolutely be back. One guy at the front desk was pretty rude our entire stay but I am still going with 5 stars because everything else was absolutely amazing."

"While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again."

"Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

"I encountered a slight hook up during my initial check in and this place went above and beyond to take care of everything. Besides that they ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful with all things. Now to the property!! This had everything we needed as a family, rooms were spacious, the pools were amazing, bar service was extraordinary every day at the pool and the restaurants on site were great. This is truly a place where you can do it all and never have to leave if you don’t want to."
