"Invasive sales, they jump you trying to sell you packages every 10 minutes, even when you say no they keep trying making you feel pressed, the restaurants are max 10-20 tables and theres approximately 1000 suites, so you cant even find a table, even though its an “all inclusive” and we should all enjoy the same benefits equally and they strictly say “no reservations allowed” if you offer them extra money they even close full restaurants for you, we tried to visit the argentina restaurant and they literally said even though we dont do reservations they bought bottles for a party, so basically even though we dont make reservations if you pay us the right price we make reservations, my mini fridge was not working, the plumbing system sucks, doesnt matter if you hit full cold water or full hot water, it will anyways swift from burning hot to ice cold every second, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

"Had a wonderful time, only one minor issue with the shower wand not being able to switch from the overhead shower head. I have started at this resort several times over the years and have always been very pleased."

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent. No long wait times at check in/out or restaurants. The SPA was the highlight. The room was very nice too. (Very spacious) The hotel appeared a little run down and might need some renovations. Overall very pleased with our stay and highly recommend."
