"Clean room. exceelent staff. Very discrete and pretty looking hotel. in the heart of canry wharf. beautiful location."

"a new property located in a convenient location, very clean and bright. love the kitchenette and lounge facilities where you can enjoy coffee and common space. friendly and helpful staff! good value for money."

"Although the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the service was good, the food wasn't. It was comparable to a cheap pub. I also noticed that quite few of the customers received the wrong order, and it had to be sent back to the kitchen, then they had to wait whilst the correct food was prepared."

"We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our visit. We booked a room on a high floor, which offered a beautiful view. The room was good, and we would happily recommend this property to others. We also booked our car parking through JustPark, which was conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!"

"good staff"

"The accommodation is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, the bathroom has a glass door, making it more suitable for couples than for friends or families seeking more privacy. The property is conveniently located near a subway station and shopping malls, and it offers beautiful views. Housekeeping is provided every seven days, but if you need fresh towels or extra toilet paper, you can simply request them from the front desk. Getting to and from the airport is also very...

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer komplett ohne Fenster im Nebenhaus des Hotels. Da war es leider auch sehr laut :( Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war gut, nur man musste oft lange warten bis nachgefüllt wurde. Die Lage in Canary Wharf war cool und mal was anderes. Man hat sich sicher gefühlt! Das Zimmer wurde oft gereinigt."

"I would give a five star because the unit was really nice and we had no issues except the elevator was broken during our stay with a 1 year old. The front desk staff did assist us with our luggage thank goodness. Abraham was very helpful."

"Had a lovely stay here. It was very clean, quiet area to stay, the staff was very friendly, and the food was good."

"We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!"
