"My second time staying there, and the best part is the staff. They are really welcoming."

"This is a room in a residential house with a digital lock on the door. I found the lock system confusing to work, and am not convinced it was secure. The bathroom was jack-and-jill style (shared) with another room, which you could only lock from the room (not from inside the bathroom), so there was nothing to prevent someone in the connected room from entering the bathroom while you were in it. We couldn’t sleep. We were nervous about the cockroaches. The blanket was SUPER thin!!! When I tried to explain to the manager that there were more and we couldn’t sleep she said they don’t have any during the day and when the door is opened they come in. She wouldn’t give me any kind of discount. This place...

"We loved our stay at the Ivory hotel. The team, decor, vibe, and location was great. The staff and management were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Ordered a bottle of wine to the room one night and it showed in 5 minutes with a smile from Robert. Would definitely stay at this great boutique hotel again when I’m in Los Angeles."
