"The location for visiting Liverpool was brilliant with the iconic 'Ferry cross the Mersey' just a 10 minute walk away as well as regular and frequent buses to other parts of the Wirral. We had a great view from our room over the Mersey to Liverpool. Our room was really comfortable, breakfast freshly cooked and delicious. Dave and his lovely Mum went out of their way to make us welcome with excellent advice about where to go and how to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend...

"We were unable to sleep in the room due to the fact it was too hot and had no air con, so we had to leave. If a hotel does not have air con it needs to be made clearer when making the booking, especially y in the summer time."

Room I was staying was at the top floor and unfortunately, it was the heat wave. I didn’t realise there was no air conditioning although fan provided didn’t help. I couldn’t change the room either. So that 2 nights stay wasn’t very pleasant. As this was a work trip, I think having a desk would be...
