"Really nice place to stay , close to everything, shops and tourist attractions. Summer was an absolute pleasure, always welcoming at dinner time. Beds were very comfortable also . 10 out of 10 : hight recommended hotel "

"Room was really great for the price we paid! Location is great, and the grounds are beautiful with horses and sheep. The room itself is really lovely, with lots of extras including massive towels and lots of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and a 24/7 area to top this up. The breakfast was really great too for a continental breakfast with loads of options. The staff were really friendly too and could not have been more welcoming. Overall we had a fantastic stay and will be returning! "

"This is a blatant misrepresentation of the accommodation, you assume the photo on the advert is the building but it is not. The actual building resembles a derelict house with badly peeling black paint and grubby door and windows in an unattractive area where it feels unsafe to leave your car. The inside is slightly better but has torn flooring, wallpaper that has seen better days, uncomfortable seating, poor shower and cheap linen. The photo of the hot tub is laughable when you look at the reality. Luckily we were only staying one night otherwise we would have found other accommodation."

"The mattress was old and uncomfortable with no mattress protector on the bed aslo the pillows were old and stained. The two windows had different curtains and very thin which let the street lights shine in all night."
