"Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean. Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes. Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay. "

"We walked into our room in awe. The view from each o the rooms were amazing. Loved looking out through the huge windows to the beach and ocean views. Each of the rooms had so much space, especially the master bedroom. It was a tad chilly, so we didn't use the air conditioning, but the room temperatures were nice and warm. We would love to return to Busan again in the future, especially during warmer months to enjoy the beach and will definitely want to return to New CZ. Highly recommend staying here and getting an ocean view room. "

"Internet was incredibly slow. Gym required a pass each time you used it, there was no water or cloth to wipe the equipment down. Everyone's sweat was just left on the equipment. When I asked for water at reception she told me to get it from the convenience store. It should be complementary. The shampoo smelt very toxic (like bleach), I believe it has been tampered with as when I took it to reception it was exchanged for shampoo that smelt like it should - it was very worrying and they didn't even apologise. Who knows what I washed my hair with, but it wasnt shampoo. I wouldn't stay here again. "

"Room had unpleasant odour, the toilet area in particular smelt unclean. The photos are misleading, room overall felt run down and unclean. The air conditioning is managed via centralised control and fixed at heating, Busan has been very warm so I got little sleep with no cooling. The rooms are not sound proof - I could hear people in neighbouring rooms watching movies, showering, coming and going. This is a particular problem seeing as I was on level 6, and on level 5 is a bowling club open til 4am… Overall really unpleasant and I couldn’t wait to check out. "
