"The service at this hotel is exceptional — easily the best I’ve experienced. I had a migraine and asked about early check-in. They let me know the room would be ready by 2pm, and while I was waiting in the lobby, a staff member came to find me before 2pm to let me know I could check in, which I really appreciated. There is also a staff member in the lobby who greets guests and helped bring my luggage to the room while explaining the in-room services. I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Everything in the room was well organized, including the information sheets. While the hotel itself isn’t particularly modern, it is very well maintained. You can tell they take pride in upkeep — even the public washrooms in the lobby were spotless. Overall, the level of care and service here really stands out. "

Good space in room with opening windows as well as air conditioner. Plenty of charging points. Long bench and plenty of space for bags. Breakfast very good with omelette station. Very close to subway station. Small super market very close. No restaurants very close but 15 minutes walk or quick uber ride away. "
