"We were disappointed that the air conditioning was poor, and it’s only April. At 9.30 pm we needed to call for the engineer to fix 2 rooms and to turn of the radiators in both bedrooms ( we couldn’t achieve ourselves). It would appear that some of the hotel air conditioning has been upgraded but sadly not ours. The hotel was responsive but we wished it hadn’t been necessary."

The hotel itself and the staff were very accommodating, friendly and the breakfast was a great start to the day."
