"Excellent location. Walkable to tons of the places that make the Gothic quarter special. Very reasonable walk to the waterfront as well. There is a lively plaza behind the hotel with some kind of band that played most nights but they were quiet by a little after ten and besides them you really couldn’t hear much noise from outside at all as the windows and walls are very well sound proofed. "It's a beautiful hotel in a great location for walking everywhere in the Gothic Quarter. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, quiet and comfortable. The terrace on top is very nice and quite comfortable in the evenings. The breakfast set up is excellent. The areas I would suggest for improvement would be to get an iron for guests and make sure that the TV's work properly. Our remote did't work right and was not fixed or replaced. "The place was nice and large. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths! We loved that part. I think the # of towels for the time there and having to buy extra towels was a bit over the top. We had to change to a different room b/c our room had a funky odor and they were accommodating to get us to a higher floor by the next day. My son was having an allergy to the smell sadly. The second to last day we had two cockroaches in our bathroom:(. They had maintenance come out to look for the source and left a bottle...

"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. While the hotel is situated in a good, walkable location (close to Rambla and the beach), the rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures. Our double room featured two single beds pushed together (instead of a Queen), and the walls wrapped so tightly around them, that you couldn’t walk around the beds without being squeezed, needless to say lay down a suitcase on the floor. "Well located with everything being a short walk away. Barcelonetta beach, cable car to Montjuic, acquarium, zoo and gothic quarter are all at the door step. Delightful roof top pool for kids and excellent views. Nice room with a separate living area and bedroom with a practical kitchenette. Milk bar tapas within 5 mins walk from hotel is excellent especially for their veg options. Overall lovely spot for anyone wanting to be central and accessible."
