"Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. Everything about it was luxurious (i.e.,The location was great (it's located maybe two mins walk from the Grand Palace, and maybe 5-10 minutes from the regular shopping area). Even though it's basically right in the middle of the tourist area, the atmosphere inside is calm and quiet. It was like walking into a spa. It was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge after all the various and crowded activities outside. The staff were all VERY attentive...

"the hotel is perfect but they don't serve a welcoming gift like a fruit, or pastries like other 5 star hotel, they said its for suites and when you back again! , there is no basket trash in the my roo9, there is small one in bathroom, no small table between the couchs.and the hotel location, it's 7 menutes from the grand palace, but there is shopping street right down the hotel. the hotel employee are the best, this hotel is small luxury hotel, I love it, it's comfortable
