"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."

"Excellent location on the dock with only 6 or 7 minute walk to Liverpool One. Simple check In and check out process and the apartment is lovely. Really comfortable beds and a fan in hand in this warm weather was very welcome. Cleanliness only got 4 out of 5 as the beds and sofas had crumbs and but under them so they hadn’t been hoovered under. "

"Just checked out from here a couple of hours ago after our second stay. We were there Friday to Monday and i have to say both me and my partner can't fault the place. Exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, very pleasant helpful staff and well equipped room. Add to that being located right in the city centre and reasonable prices what else can you ask for. Will definitely return in the future."
