Apartment was lovely. Had everything you needed. Great shower. Fully equipt kitchen. Comfy bed. Alot of noise at night though, very loud, both nights we stayed. Spoke to manager of castle collection the next morning & he said he would look into it but we never heard back from him. Alot of noise early morning too. It was central for all we wanted Albert docks, cavern club, shops etc. Liverpool is a lovely city

Very loud till 3am by a night club and bottles!!!

Well the picture looks lovely but when we arrived junkies outside. The room it's self is great but our trip was ruined by night club banging out till early hours and constantly emptying bottles into a skip which proper wakes you up with a jump. Sorry to say if you want a few hours sleep go elsewhere. Oh and a very dodgy dark alley right outside...

Brilliant location right in the heart of the action but also tucked away in a little lane. Always felt safe. Can see the waterfront area and Beatles statues at the end of the street. Also a small supermarket a few minutes’ walk, as is Matthews Street. The apartment is a little tired but we found it clean, comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped with oven, stove top, microwave, fridge and cooking utensils. Washer was a bonus. Comfy bed and good wifi. Some minor issues: stairway is a workout and tricky with bags, but we were warned about that. Shower was hard to regulate temp and was slow draining but we figured it out. One night was noisy with bottles being emptied but we were also prepared for that. The pre-authorisation charge is legit - nothing to worry about - just a bond. So no deal breakers - we really enjoyed staying there. Great value.

Generally a great option to stay in, but unsurprisingly, it was a bit loud on the weekend, especially with lots of dumpster use in the middle of the night. Probably didn't help that the large bedroom window was broken? But even so, I would recommend a stay there.

Short Break for football

Perfect space for single or couple, with kitchen and bathroom down the hall from living area and bedroom. Very clean, modern and comfortable and a great base for exploring as it's right by the city centre. Only negatives were a slight lack of kitchen utensils and if you want a good night's sleep, avoid weekends. The block is next to a bar which played loud music to 1am on Friday night.

Does not meet the "Luxury Living" standard it says on their website. The rooms only had single pane glass so could hear every word and music beat of the street 2 floors below us making it sleepless night. The shower was super slippy and the bathmat was yellow so didn't want to use it. Also the price was very much higher than it should have been. Felt like we were in a student accommodation flat instead of Luxury in Liverpool. Sorry.

I didn't realize it was going to be an apartment. It was clean and comfortable and there was so much space. There was a washer/dryer, so I was able to do a small load of laundry. It was right in the heart of the city, which was a good and bad thing. It was close to everything, but it was a little loud.
