"I personally loved everything about my stay at the ACE Hotel. First I can start with saying the location was perfect. It was close to a number of stores restaurants a mall and more. The hotel itself had a wonderful restaurant and bagel shop inside. My room was the best room in the hotel. My view was phenomenal, the room was very clean, no odors or smells at all, the staff was amazingly very helpful when needed and I felt safe at all times while I was there. The bed in the room was so...

"Beautiful modern chic"

"ランドリー施設と、ミニキッチン（電子レンジが大活躍）が付いていたのが良かったです！"

"The hotel was close to great restaurants. The young guy who checked us in was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. He seemed to sincerely want to help. The room was very clean, and I loved the soap products. The only negatives were the room was small and there was no room safe. The complimentary breakfast was decent. We would stay there again."

"First of all, the place was completely overpriced the weekend we were there. The only amenity worth anything is the rooftop space. The neighborhood is on the edge of rundown, but a couple blocks east and north it gets better. The beds are adequate and mostly the room is fairly soundproof (except, as always, for the heating unit). Good enough towels and pillows. Breakfast is adequate. I will say the coffee was actually good (worth going down to LL for rather than the Keurig). Both check in and...

"Good staff , good room ,"

"We like the following"

"De kamer was schoon en het is een prima verblijf voor 1 of 2 nachtjes. Niet meer dan dat."

"Very clean and professional staff"

"DO NOT STAY HERE!! The check in way the worst experience I have ever had! This was my birthday weekend and it was almost ruined due to this experience . My room wasn’t ready and they tried to put me in another room for 2 hours until housekeeping cleaned it. They then locked my belongings in the room and I had to call 911. I had to get a refund for my stay."

"The property was not well updated and their organizational system seems a tad antiquated and disorganized. However the staff was really pleasant and right on it with any request fixing anything that wasn't up to par."

"This hotel looks nothing like the pictures it’s so old and run down, the lobby looks like a shelter. The rooms are old carpets are old, cabinets were hanging off. I guess I got what I paid for"

"I didn't like it because you didn't have anywhere to park if you parked BEHIND the motel you had to pay 45.00 for each day your there. They tell you it's ok to park on the street but it's not because I received a ticket that I'm trying to get out of so I would not recommend unless it was the last choice."

"Great location! Only a train or two away from Manhattan. The room is extremely small so keep this in mind. Perfect for solo travelers or couples who just need a place to put their stuff and lay their head. Wouldn't recommend this for a family. My only negative is that the house keepers were pretty loud while cleaning neighboring rooms. Woke me out of my sleep. Front desk staff was extremely helpful- they allowed me to pay for a late check out at 4 PM since I had a late flight home."

"The hotel was fine, everything was normal. but the towels were crunchy. I couldn’t use them, thank God I brought my own"

"ok"
