"This is an exceptional boutique hotel in Earl’s Court, steps to the underground. They have a stunning backyard garden bar and eating area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are terrific. Highly recommend. "
"The staff is very nice. The room I got was small, but really convenient, so it was not an issue. The location is really great, not far from a subway station.
The only drawback is, I find it a little pricey. A little bit cheaper, and it would be perfect."
"We were so happy to stay here. We had a situation with another property we booked and the VRBO team jumped in and got us set up with this property. The on site property managers were awesome and even got us into the property a little early. This was a wonderful location and really close to the Earl Street station. We would definitely come back here to stay."
"Very convenient location near Earl’s Court underground station. Also walkable to restaurants and shops. Clean comfortable room and friendly staff. Tea & coffee plus fresh fruit always available in lobby which is nice if you are on the go. Only negative was the lift was not working but the staff helped me with my luggage. Would stay here again. "
"We were thrilled with our stay at 20 Nevern Square. The room was more spacious than we were expecting, and the location so close to the Underground was fantastic. We were able to get anywhere we wanted quickly. The staff, though quiet and a little shy, were extraordinarily helpful. The breakfast was lovely, and the garden area was the perfect spot to enjoy it. We hope to stay there again!"
"Basement Breakfast 7/10: Needs improvement in the kitchen; hard boiled eggs were raw, hash browns all stuck together, mystery sausage was horrible. Great pastry & fruit selections.
Rooms were clean, modern & comfortable with great AC!
Loved placing our luggage there for 4+ hrs while we walked to Kensington Palace for Afternoon Tea @ the Orangery! Pinkies Up! :)"
"We stayed for 8 nights, the experience was mostly good, but we got the room directly next to the elevator (literally you can make one big step from the threshold of my room’s door to the elevator’s door), so it becomes noisy whenever other guests and hotel staff move around. Also for 8 nights, I was hoping that we’d get more than 2 bottled water and 2 pieces of biscotti. The location is great otherwise, very close to Earl’s court station."
