Novotel Bristol Centre
Check in staff member was great, check out staff didn’t seem too engaged in her job. Room was clean, bed comfy, bathroom satisfactory, however cold showers in the morning. Location excellent, parking straight forward, £16 for 24 hours. Entrance lobby very clean and smells beautiful.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy check in experience using the kiosk and I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade. Beds were comfortable.
