"Reception at breakfast was originally very poor, however another staff member took over and treated us very well. I had paid for a room overlooking St Mary Redcliffe Church - unfortunately the glazing on the window was worn and peeling thus obscured the view. Reception staff were wonderful and the restaurant manager was great."

"Air condition was terrible. One rainy day I came back to my room and the heat was +30. I opened the window and it got four hours until my room was +25 and even that was too hot for me. Luckily I was so tired that I managed to sleep quite well. Otherwise everything went well, the hotel was very clean and breakfast was tasty."

"Not worth the money charged. £195 for a room. No biscuit, bottle of water. No heating in bathroom. Loud AC, lumpy bed. Nothing premium about the premium room. Booked 5 rooms and have to pay for them all individually rather than paying together so took ages. Lady who checked me in was apologetic. Don't pay for breakfast, it was not good quality at all with limited selections for the price they charge. Honestly not a good experience at all. Think they need to consider what they charge. If this was £100 maybe I wouldn't moan but to charge that much is extortionate with no added anything. Also £19 to park is insane! "

"Everything about my staff here was fantastic. Location is perfect for walking around Bristol, check-in was seamless and pleasant, housekeeping was so friendly, and the property is very well maintained. Will absolutely be rebooking the next time I’m in Bristol. "

"Upon arrival the receptionist was very blunt/rude and not welcoming at all. Made a big fuss about parking my van around the back (like I did with no issue during my last stay) and said I should have contacted the hotel before, which I did with no reply. When I showed her the message she just shrugged it off and said we don’t check bookings made through a third party - but was very happy to take the £600 payment off me!"

"The room was clean and to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and good size shower. The restaurant is good and large size portions. Blue bade parking available at the rear door which is excellent. I will be staying here from now on every time visit Bristol for work"
