"Location perfect for overnight stay in Bristol. Close to plenty of food options and walking trails in the morning. We took advantage of the onsite restaurant for dinner which was a great experience for both setting, food and wine options. Recommend the 28oz shared platter for two which was plentiful."

"The room was beautiful and really well appointed but there was an event hosted in the hotel until 4am and it was very loud so we couldn’t sleep. Staff seemed very overstretched so it was hard to find anyone to check-in/checkout or help with queries. No one manning the front desk so anyone could just wander in via the bar and go up to the rooms which felt unsafe"

"An awful experience- we called ahead to say we would be checking in late and the receptionist confirmed that would be okay as the Night Porter would check us in on arrival. However, we arrived and waited outside the gate for 40 minutes for the night porter who never answered the bell. We called the phoneline countless times and no answer. It was 11pm and very cold. No offer of a refund and the hotel didn’t return our voicemails. Poor customer service and we would like our money back. "

"The staff were really friendly and informative. On arrival we were offered a welcome cocktail and advised on breakfast, checkout times and other key information. The lobby was inviting and the building was very warm. The breakfast was suitable for those with dietary requirements, offering soya products and gluten free options. I would reccomend moxy to anyone as they really focus on the finer details. The only thing I could suggest to improve the rooms was there was not a set of drawers or...
