"Oct 3 rd we didn't have water to showe ourselves in the morning due to some water hydrant accident. But hotel didn't inform us regarding the inconvenience or do nothing. It was very inconvenient and handle poorly."

"We found that Homewood Suites was great. The rooms were well equipped with a stove , refrigerator , dishwasher and garbage disposal. A nice eating area and sitting area and nice sized bedroom and bathroom. Lots of storage and big closet. The staff was great and it was nice to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning in a common area by the desk. There is also a pool and an additional outdoor area for seating with a fireplace. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there"

"Most everything was fine except for a few things. Bathrooms needed a refresh on paint and caulking. The worst part is the noise factor from floors above. You could hear every footstep. I would not book this room again for that one factor alone."

"Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay"

"Property is showing its age yet still a fun experience especially with the grandkids who love the pools. Thin walls so could hear the families next door. Nice central location to parks."

"Really loved the staff! Mathew was so great at the front desk. Efficient, quick, friendly & competent. Everyone was great."

My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. We had horrible noise from upstairs neighbors all night and slept for only two hours that night. Lights weren’t turning on, ants in the shower. I asked to speak to a manager who was coming in later and was told they would help me by having him call me back he never did. I...

"I enjoyed our room with an ocean view, a hotel truly bext to the beach front, and the staff which felt very familar and friendly. Room was also clean and smelled good"

"More like a motel than a resort. We were very disappointed with the state of the hotel and our room. Kitchen cabinets were banged up, paint peeling on doors and stains on the dining room seats. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. We had an issue with our refrigerator and they all but called us liars and would not compensate us for the food that we lost and had to repurchase and remake and the inconvenience it caused. The entire hotel needs a paint job....
