"People are friendly, rooms are nice, modern, clean and spacious but it's unbearable in the summer with no AC. It is not the fault of staff, it's management. The excuse is old buildings, can't apply, rules, cost, etc but Asia has way more ACs. I am European and there have been heat waves every summer since I can remember. I'm a thin person, same with my daughter and we had an elderly friend with us. It was unbearable for everyone. In my apartment in Budapest I have two ACs. All you need to do is...

"Excellent property. Location is convenient if you are driving, since it is next to major roads; so, a good base the explore the area around Brno. The room was spacious, very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. I would happily go back and stay again."

"Staff were very helpful."

"Each staff member knew 3 to 5 language so we were able to communicate easily. As an English speaker this made my stay much better- I was last in the Czech Republic 40 years ago no one, outside of Prague, talked English so being able to communicate was wonderful. The staff was helpful with evey one of our requests and breakfast was amazing, almost overwhelmingly with all the possibilities. I usually just eat cereal and fruit, which they had, but they also had eggs, salad, cheeses, breads and...

"Very nice team and great hotel"

"The room was very clean and had very nice air conditioning. The gentlemen that worked the front desk were kind and helpful. The location was very good. The not so good....the young lady at the desk did not greet us upon arrival and seemed annoyed with us. She continued that kind of attitude throughout our stay. The computer system seems to be wonky. She told us we had breakfast and what time it was. We did not recall booking breakfast, so we asked her to check. Then she said, oh, you...

"Safe quiet location in walking distance to old city center, rooms are clean, bed and shower - good. They don’t have a bar or smth in the lobby - but plenty of options to grab coffee in 3-5 mins of walk."

"First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus."
