The hotel has been recently renovated, so it's beautiful. It was an easy 10-minute walk from Back Bay Station. Nice bar, safe neighborhood. Highly recommend

Boston Marriott Copley Place
The customer service was excellent. Front desk check in, bell hops help with bags, and valet. The only issue was I was charged $75 for valet.
