Seaport Hotel Boston
First room we checked into was not clean. Bed was made but crumbs on floor and bed, dirty pillowcase. After reporting we were immediately switched to a different room which was clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows are flat. Pool was a great temperature and location is great.

Terrific location right in the heart of downtown. We walked to Quincy Market and explored the harbor and the waterfront of the Aquarium. Nightlife was just steps away as well. Came here for the Boston Marathon and the service and guest standards were top of the line.
