"Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au Hyatt , mais le seul bémol est l’insonorisation était ordinaire. Sinon le personnel est courtois, l’hôtel est propre, par contre le tapis dans les chambres en 2026 ça pourrait être changé mais encore là au niveau du son ça serait terrible… Bien situé dans le centre-ville de Boston. L’accès à la piscine par le gym n’est pas convivial à moins qu’on ait pas passé par le bon endroit, mal indiqué. Le stationnement est très dispendieux 41$ US par jour et les frais...

"Everything was perfect"

"Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. "The worst hotel I ever stayed, the door was damaged. I have to kick to open in the room, have no bottled water. I have to go down to reception to pick it up and there’s no glass in the room only two paper cups in the whole room. Can I get the coffee for room service, after all the coffee machine is broke and the leak water."

"Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....
