"Hotel was conveniently located in a short walking distance to many attractions and sights. It was also very close to the south station which has services that take you directly to the airport for free- otherwise the uber rides are very short/close to the airport as well. We would often walk back later at night and felt very safe. Hotel had great amnesties including a pool, onsite bars and restaurants, and a back patio that faced the water with a bar as well. "Bianca Johnathan and Nick did a fantastic job, making sure that we were comfortable and happy. I told Bianca that we were there to see a baseball game at Fenway. We were upgraded to a room that overlooked the park, which was absolutely perfect. The view set the tone for the rest of the trip. I do wish, though that given how much I paid each night that it would’ve included breakfast rather than it being additional. They had plenty of cold water anytime and they gave reusable water bottles....

However, the manager responded quickly, apologized, and moved me to another room within a few minutes. I appreciated the prompt recovery, but the first room should not have been assigned to a guest in that condition."
