The service at the mandarin is unlike any other hotel. The location is great and walkable to the Boston common, newbury street or the prudential center. I went to the spa and it was smaller but still very lovely.

I had been to the spa before but not the hotel. I had a room for one person thst had a sofa, king size bed and table with two chairs. They offer turn down service at night and the maid gave me two chocolates with a small card the had a beautiful line from a Bob Dylan song. The food was perfection. My only negative is the spa. They don’t give facials of manicures or pedicures anymore. The services all cost between $300-$450 each. They should have a slightly less expensive menu of services for people staying there

We were in for Boston Marathon. So it was extremely convenient. Could watch the last stretch from the window.

Brett and his team including Puika and Paul (concierge) were incredible. They took care of us so well. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We’ve stayed at many hotels around the world and their level of service was the BEST. Thank you! We will be back!

Great stay, but room NOT ready until 3:35pm

Overall stay was good but having to wait 30minutes after the guaranteed check in time (3pm) in the lobby for the room to be ready was not acceptable. We were meeting friends at Abe&Ls across the street a 3:30pm and ended up keeping them waiting until 4pm b/c of this delay
