The room is clean and the furniture is pretty, but since it's part of an apartment complex, you don't have immediate help with extra sheets or heater support; so first two days out 4, we had to deal with the cold of the room. Third and 4th, since we had called for help, they did left the extra sheets and fixed the thermostat.

I don’t know why this place has gotten some bad reviews. This was a great stay. Clean, safe, very convenient. It’s right across the street from the ferry that takes you across the harbor to long wharf or seaport district. And also a close walk to the subway. The apartment itself was beautiful. Loved it. The indoor pool was great especially for the couple of rainy days we had during our visit. Such a great stay!

Kitchen light was not working the whole time of our stay. I called and told customer service twice but nothing happened. Property had a beautiful view of the water and a great playground around the corner.

The room was big , beds cpmfortable but the airn onditionner did not work and the room stayed warm the whole teip which was disappointing. The facilities were great and accessible . The syaff was not very helpfull to help us find the parking or fix the A/C

Property offers a wide range of amenities. The location is an A - with absolutely beautiful views, easy access to public transport on the subway and/or water taxi. The room has everything that you need, clean, modern, and comfortable. Safe area with many restaurants within walking distance and/or a quick subway stop away to the center of downtown Boston where options are endless!

Amazing location right by the water, quiet building and clean. But the furniture is really uncomfortable, particularly the couch which is the only seating, it’s a pull out bed so the entire sofa sinks in low. The bed isn’t solid and easily slides off the frame just by sitting on it. We also had a delivery order stolen from the front desk area.

Wonderful place to stay!

It was a great place to stay! So close to lots of delicious restaurants, beautiful waterfront walk, and the Maverick Station…and only one stop away from the airport. The concierge was very friendly and helpful and there was a great specialty food shop right next door. I will stay there again the next time I am in Boston!

Our stay was okay, but not great. Communication could have been better — the address listed on the booking wasn’t where we actually checked in, which caused some confusion. I received an email from the company when we landed, but since my phone wasn’t set up yet, I didn’t see it until later. Thankfully, the staff at the counter were extremely helpful and got everything sorted out. The room itself was fine but could have been cleaner. There was hair on the bathroom walls, and the couch was stained and didn’t feel very clean. Luckily, there was a clean blanket in the closet that we used to cover the couch so we could sit comfortably. The kitchen area was decent, but the chairs at the table felt fragile — the bolts were loose, and they didn’t feel very sturdy to sit on. We only used the space for breakfast cereal before heading out for the day, so it was manageable. Our unit was on the main floor, and unfortunately, the blinds weren’t room-darkening. There was a bright light right outside the window that made it difficult to sleep — it was actually brighter at night than during the day. Overall, the stay was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

This was the perfect stay for what we needed. It was what we expected. The pictures are very accurate. Highly recommend the garage parking. Easy access to room from garage. The T is super close which makes travel around the city super convenient. Would stay at the same location again but would try to request a room with a view of the harbor/city.

There were a few places to eat near the pier the view of the city was amazing and the tall boat was great for food,dancing and drinking however the vibe is younger college kids. I did enjoy the few places we visited to eat. The parking was horrible, We received no directions and it took us an hour to find someone to check in… I was left with two keys and no directions. I managed and once the sun came up an employee at the front desk named Craig was very helpful. The bed was so uncomfortable I would recommend getting a new more comfortable mattress for the amount we paid. All in all we made the best of it and everything else was okay. Lastly no TV directions I had to purchase Netflix on my own. This was not the best stay provided by Expedia. I was disappointed.

We had a phenomenal time!!! Our apartment was clean, spacious, the view of the harbor is absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t be happier about our trip here! Check in was east along with parking. We even extended our stay one more day and they were super accommodating!

Wonderful stay!

It was a wonderful stay! room is clean and spaceous. I was just surprised on the setting, it was more of like an apartment than a hotel. Google took me to a different entrance and not the actual one. Parking can be hard so better book in advance. Overall I liked the stay, Adding extra standing mirror would be nice! But everything is wonderful! I would definitely book again!

Buy the parking in advance if you need it. They offer earlier check-in for a price too. Extremely beautiful area. Lost my key, luckily someone works there until 12am and Avis from customer service and Brandon at the front were amazing and helped us get back in our room after a concert. Worth the stay, just follow-up with what you need.

This property was in the exact part of Boston we wanted to be near family. We were able to easily walk to several dining options and the T. Neighborhood felt safe, with a large waterfront park next door. We prepaid for parking, but as we arrived early, we parked on the street, and just never got around to moving our car over. (Though you would need to on weekdays). The rental was a queen studio with sofa, tv and full size kitchen appliances. There was a nice gym and pool onsite. As we were out all day, we only used the bed/bath but I am sure must people would enjoy the amenities. Reasonably comfortable bed. Typical modern bathroom. Nice linens. Quiet. Our room looked out on a grassy area. The concierge desk staff was helpful. My only minor complaint is the strong air freshener scent on arrival which did not dissipate for hours. We will book here again when in the area

This is an entire apartment near the airport. There is public transportation nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. The front desk is not always there. There are several building and several entrances which make it a little confusing. Was dropped off at one side entrance, walked to the front, then the front desk person walked me to another building into the back entrance. But when I left I left out of the front entrance. So yeah, that was very confusing. Otherwise my stay was pleasant

The location was great. The property was clean. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. However, they did not provide enough towels and toilet paper (bring your own). Also, kitchen supplies were minimal. They gave us coffee, but no filters. If you want to park on site, set that up with your booking. It was a pain to add it afterwards. Some reception staff were not helpful at all. Overall, it was a good place to stay and a good value. But, bring some essentials, if you don't want to buy them there.

Needs better communication when it comes to payments and parking… was not aware for an additional $500 charge from the $984 I paid when booking, wasn’t aware that a parking permit was needed or I would be towed, wasn’t aware I had to CALL the company for extra towels for the stay and not able to get them delivered the next day. Other than that staff there were great and very helpful

Superb location. Had trouble communicating with management regarding gaining access to the room, as well as about parking which never got resolved. They rely too much in pre-communication (make sure you check your emails and think way ahead and give them notice on everything), and not enough help for "in the moment" issues by far. Very weak in the immediate trouble shooting situation. I think at one point I was connected with someone in China, to help my situation which was very unnerving and unacceptable.

Confusing that I had to send photos of my credit card to Global Luxury when I paid through hotels.com. Hard to find the check-in desk because there are several buildings in the complex and the given address brings you to a side door that you can’t enter without a key. Instructions should say to follow signs to the leasing office. Great location, so close to the ferry and maverick T. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There is no safe in the unit and maintenance entered the apartment while I was out to change the air filter. I wasn’t given any notice about this. The unit I rented was very close to the side entrance which has auto-close door which was very loud every time someone came in and out. Wouldn’t stay there again, only positive is the location.

Great location! Needs some fixing!

We loved the location and and the overall building was very nice! Some of the issues were that the light in the kitchen did not work! We called the management company and they said they would get it fixed! They never came! The kitchen has no window in it! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable! The regular bed was ok but not up to the price of the room! Also there were no darking curtains! There is a bright street light right outside of the window! So it was never dark in the front room!
