Fantastic hotel. The location is excellent. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well kept , house keeping comes everyday . Looks like the restaurant downstairs is also really good , but we didn’t have a chance to try it . Would stay here again for sure.

The staff, everybody, from the cleaning service to the front desk to the staff in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel is very well located. As with older hotels, the restroom is somewhat small when compared to more modern hotels however, overall I recommend staying at the Fairmont Copley in Boston.

Ah absolutely loved our stay! It is an older hotel, over 100years old! But they did a good job with keeping things clean and organized. The staff was incredible! We had a 2 year old with us and they all were so attentive to him and kind! I would 100% stay here again! Thank you fairmont for such a memorable stay! Really appreciated the service and kindness of everyone.

A Stunning Boston Landmark! My stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza was wonderful. This historic Back Bay hotel blends timeless elegance with modern comfort, and its location right on Copley Square is unbeatable. The rooms were spotless and quiet, the staff were exceptionally warm.
