"Super, super location in the North End, and a very friendly staff. Our room was quite comfortable -- great bed, very large bathroom, very clean. Public spaces are nice, and the added touch of chilled towels in the lobby is very nice on a warm and humid day. Less good: it's 2026, so why am I unplugging a lamp in order to have a place to plug in my phone? Why am I literally on my knees under the desk so I can plug in my laptop? There's a charging station on one side of the bed; we need it on...

"The Copley is centrally located. It’s an easy walk to Newbury street, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful, warm and welcoming. The valet, though a different company, a little pricey and has a bunch of complaints on Google, were actually really nice, actively helpful, so much so that I opted to do the valet instead of parking across the street for $20 less. Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

"Classic medium-sized hotel from the 1920s. Nice, slightly small rooms (but they upgraded me to a suite!!), very comfortable. Very attentive staff. Excellent location in beautiful Back Bay."
