He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House."

As travelers, it’s unrealistic to expect visitors to download multiple apps, have stable network access, read instructions, and then open doors using codes. "The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. "The TV wasn't working and when I asked them about this they told me to message but they never replied or fixed anything. Also, keep in mind that the "breakfast" is a go-to breakfast which is just bread and oats and milk lying there in the kitchen. Maybe that is the idea but this should have been mentioned beforehand. The place is clean and roadside parking was available."

"Nice clean room, great for a quick stay! I only needed to be in Boston for one night and this was a great option. 15 minute walk to the Red Line, and it wasn't a bad walk at all. Got back to the place my first night pretty late, but the area was clean and I wasn't nervous about feeling unsafe or anything of that nature. I didn't use the kitchen or some of the other offered amenities but regardless was a pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for any quick trips!"
