It is very helpful if the staff at the reception ne more welcoming and helpful . The bellboy was very energetic and welcoming. Rooms were not ready given a different room than what we booked. until 4pm. No apology. The management should be more attentive to matters. Good luck

WE arrived a little early, not an issue, the checked us in and we even got a nice upgraded room. Staff was fantastic. the location was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the city for the weekend. they ended the stay with hold our bags for the entire rest of the day while we took ...
