"This place was amazing! As soon as we arrived the staff were incredibly helpful! They provided a list of places for us to go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room and bathroom was large and I loved the bathrobe and slippers! My only issue was the bed was a little hard, but it didn’t interrupt my sleeping. Would definitely stay again!"

The hospitality was truly outstanding, the front desk staff were so warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. "The overall hotel is great, especially the staff is very helpful. However, our room is quite noisy. The noise is from the restaurant/bar on the first floor. Every night the noise continues until 10-11pm. If you are sensitive to noise, you should avoid this hotel or make sure that the room you get is not noisy."

"Sweet small hotel in a great area of Istanbul. For a budget friendly hotel the service was great with a staff member always available to help. The rooms are not brand new but they are very clean. Entry is off of a small side street that cars cannot access which makes it a bit difficult for luggage initially, but great to not walk straight out into a crazy driving street. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable central location to sleep when you're planning to be out and...

It was actually such a lovely surprise when I got my room and saw the Bosphorus view from my room as I had booked it in a hurry and had no expectations for a hotel that's so centrally located, but Richmond Istanbul exceeded my expectation as it's not only centrally located but also close to restaurants, cafes and sights.
