You have to stay at the Hammamhane Hotel. The location is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and relaxing, the staff are super helpful and friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. I’ve already booked another stay when I come back through Istanbul on my travels.

Perfect stay

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Close to many places you’d want to visit yet quiet. The hotel staff was helpful with everything we asked for. The hotel is well-maintained, clean and tasteful. We would definitely go back.

Just wow. This is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. We had a duplex and it was just about perfect. The location is central yet quiet. Service was great. Traditional Turkish breakfast was lovely.

A wonderful place to stay in an interesting part of the city. Hammanhane staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly- from the gentlemen on the front desk to the kitchen staff and the young women serving at breakfast- they are outstanding.

Honestly even before showing up this hotel blew me away. Immediately upon booking, an employee reached out to me about a pickup /dropoff airport service, information about the hammam next door, and if I was interested in a tour guide. The pickup location for the car service was easy peasy, the second I arrived at the hotel, they already had my keys ready for me to check in, took my bag up to my room and made me up a cup of coffee to give me a second to adjust before heading up. Deniz gave me a tour around the hotel, which is absolutely the most unique and coolest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, before showing me to my room, walking me through it to make sure I knew all the functions etc. my room was exactly as described in its description. The attached hammam was an amazing experience as well and I highly recommend it. I walked the whole neighborhood day and night and felt very safe. Also the local tram was very easy to navigate to the Old Town and Hammamhane will help you with a walkthrough of their map and how the city is organized. Even when I was getting picked up, I went down a bit early to wait for my car service and it was already down there waiting for me. I only stayed the long weekend, but I wish I could’ve stayed even longer. Thank you for the great experience and I would love to stay here again!

Great location and easy to find. Staff were nice, very friendly, honest and helpful. I appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Breakfast was great, if you have a reservation don’t hesitate to include breakfast, it was great 😃 Room was clean and quiet. Great place and I will come back again

Overall the place was pretty decent. The room was spacious. However, the bathroom is very small. The location was in a very quiet street. You can walk to the Takism Square, Galata Tower and the tram station in approximately 10-15 minutes.

Hammamhane is a jewel in the heart of a myriad of dining and entertainment venues. Walking distance from Galata Tower and Bridge, Istiklal street and Taksim square. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the team is extremely attentive, helpful and available. It has a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. I had a wonderful experience there and will definitely return.

Istanbul studio apartment

Very happy with our stay. It’s a great small apartment/ hotel, in an interesting, convenient location. Towels didn’t need to be changed every day and it would have been useful to have soap and basic cleaning products by the kitchen sink. Some nights were a little noisy outside, so earplugs for light sleepers are recommended.
