"Staff were wonderful and extremely helpful, room not laid out well, double bed in a corner with luggage rack on the open side. No bar or restaurant, though plenty, a good 10mins walk away! Probably not a good choice for older tourists! Younger travellers may well appreciate “the vibe” more!"

"Chambre avec toiles d'araignée et traces de doigts noires sur le lambris pvc au plafond de la salle de bain. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas lors de mon arrivée et j'ai une visio. On me conseille de prendre mon PC pour aller boire un café au Campanile à côté pour voir si leur réseau fonctionne... Je demande une facture par mail pour mon séjour au règlement à mon arrivée. J'ai dû la redemander 2 jours plus tard lors de mon départ en papier. Le petit déjeuner est varié et le personnel en salle sympa....

"Wunderbares Hotel für ein City-Trip nach Bordeaux. Es liegt etwas außerhalb dafür etwas ruhiger am See und man kann bequem mit der Tram in die Stadt fahren. Das Frühstück war extrem gut für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie. Etwas schade war, dass das Wasser am Abreisetag (evtl. aufgrund einer Baustelle?) im ganzen Viertel abgestellt wurde und man uns das nicht gesagt hat. Only challenge is an accurate understanding of meeting arrangements to gain initial entry: Staff was waiting inside, unbeknownst to us, whilewe were waiting outside ! Instructions should stress “ring doorbell on arrival”, and provide location, since it’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark. But otherwise a truly lovely choice in Bordeaux."
