It was a last minute cancellation and my children and i were booked into 6 Rue Jean Pommiès, 33520 Appart Hôtel Mer & Golf City Bordeaux - Bruges. Breakfast wasn't that fancy. By the time we got to it, there was no bacon or eggs and the staff said its all finished. The night staff that was working on the 6th June. A male of asian decent was rude and majority of the time, locked up the doors and disappeared. I asked him for a replacement door access card and he threw the cards on the counter saying he didnt have enough, yelling in french. The female staff were always more than helpful. Kids loved the pool

Property was ok, well located next to tram and shopping centre. Main downside was getting checked in. Despite emailing in advance to say we would check in at 9pm or later, there was no room prepared and no staff on site. Helpfully a member of staff from another sister hotel came to check us in. Wasn’t a great start

I recommend this place

Nice new appartments in an interesting new and lively part of town, with many restaurants and a shopping mall nearby. Nice beach only a 5 minutes walk away at Bordeaux Lac. Tram line C brings you downtown in 15 minutes. Will book again next time we go to Bordeaux.

Dirty room and did not get cleaned even after asking. There were no supplied cleaning materials for the sink or dish washer Also, breakfast was not worth the money. WiFi Password on the tv is wrong ! Everything seemed to be a problem for the staff.

Check in was difficult as we arrived on a Saturday and there were no clear instructions on either how to enter (someone was leaving as we arrived), or how to check in. We found a number to call the security man who was really helpful and stayed on the phone with me to guide me to the safe with our key in. Directly outside the entrance were lots of overflowing bins which was a great first impression but may no be fault of hotel. Pull out sofa bed was pretty broken and lopsided and not great to sleep on- however we didn’t ask to change as we didn’t know how to contact reception and it was for only a single night so we made do. Otherwise room was good. Location- there’s not onsite parking except for shopping centre parking (underground) however we were very lucky and managed to get a free space on a side road. Underground parking was €18 per day. The hotel is situated really well with lots of small shops and places to eat which was all walkable and easy to find. Didn’t see/ try any breakfasts etc. There was no proper check out, as no reception open on a Sunday- keys are left in a pot on the desk.

Je suis restée 5 nuits, les femmes de ménages ne passent pas donc c’était limite. Des traces sur les plafonds, rideaux et murs. Le petit déjeuner basique pour 12€, obligé de réclamer quand il y a une forte affluence. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre.

Accueil fermé a mon arrivée et ma chambre n'était pas prévue car j'ai réservé trop tard. Je me suis retrouvé soit disant dans une chambre surclassée, avec 2 lits minuscules, le bruit de la rue incessant et le jour qui passe autour d'un rideau qui est a 30cm du mur. Bref je regrette d'avoir réservé cet appart hôtel

On m’a appelé quelques heures avant mon arrivée pour me dire qu’il y avait un problème avec ma réservation et que l on allait me déplacer sur un autre site, j’ai refusé car c est l emplacement qui était le plus proche du site où je me rendais, face à mon refus on m’a dit qu on me rappellerait, j attends encore… j ai donc rappelé 3 heures après et on m’a dit qu enfin de compte ma réservation etait confirmée. Quand je suis arrivé vers 19h l accueil a été moyen, la personne malgré sa prise de service récente semblait particulièrement fatiguée, l accueil, le bâtiment est anonyme. L appartement était conforme aux attentes, le matelas du canapé lit moyen, l emplacement etait au top par rapport à la foire exposition ou j ai passé 2 jours. Mon expérience client est moyenne, et ma note ne tient qu’à l emplacement. Le jour du départ le personnel de ménage a voulu rentrer dans l appartement vers 9h, nous étions présent, la restitution des clefs étant prévue jusqu’à 11h, nous dérangions

À mon arrivée à 17h la réception était déjà fermé. J’appelle je tombe sur une femme qui me met en attente pendant 20 min pour me raccrocher au nez. Je rappelle… idem… 20 min… 15 minutes après on m’appelle pour me dire que ma carte de chambre est dans le petit coffre. Comme si on ne pouvez pas m’envoyer un mail en amont ou la femme au téléphone me le dire dès le début. Bref… elle me dit que je dois aller à la réception le lendemain matin entre 7h et 11h pour finaliser mon arrivée… dommage pour moi je dois partir à 5h30. Du coup je quitte mon travail à 9h30 pour retourner à l’hôtel. Et là… on me dit que je peux partir car elle a déjà clôturé ma sortie… bref un très mauvais moment. Après je dois dire que l’appartement était très propre mais la literie pourrait être mieux.
