"Don’t come if you have kids or toddlers. The hotel rooms design and materials are dangerous for kids. Lots of rocks and steel corners all around. A genius designer hired by the hotel decided to heat the steel structure holding the bathroom sink so children burn their hands. He also made sure to have little area for the countertop so the area is tiny and pretty much useless for someone wanting to put his items in the bathroom. I don’t want to talk about other stuff. It is enough for today."

"I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room. I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply. Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit "dusty" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy."

"AC is awful, asked for towels multiple times and it wasn’t even delivered. They do not clean the room well enough. We had a glove at the bed side for days and I not even picked up. Bed sheets was just a cover and the bed is hard. I’m assuming they overbook and there’s not enough staff. Would never stay here again!!!! Not worth 4 stars."
