"If you want a relaxed break this is a great hotel to book, just come back from a weekend away. What a joy to stay somewhere with such amazing staff. Room was lovely very clean comfy bed. Great breakfast we also dined in the restaurant and bar which was really nice. Had a three hour spa to finish off our stay. Will definitely be back."

"Very clean and efficient hotel well worth the money. Parking is not worth it as there is on street parking around the hotel which is no where near as expensive. Staff were excellent, room was spotless, bathroom was super cleana nd shwer was nice."

"Clean . Excellent Customer Service Friendly Staff throughout the hotel Definitely Stay again. My only thought its a little misleading to say its the city center personally i think it on the outskirts of the city.As a visitor to Leeds i thought it was rivht in the area and walking would push it when the area is unknown.Fabulous restaurant nect door with 10% off showing your room key Mylahor a British Asian restaurant it doesnt see alcohol if you wanted it .Food was devine.If you wanted a drink...

"Lovely stay - nice room overlooking the canal. Breakfast was good, but glad I included it at booking as the daily rate is a bit steep i.e £20 for full English Breakfast. Always perplexes me when it is a double room that there is only one chair to sit on around the table - why not two chairs, as you don't always want to sit on the bed. Good checkout, and left my luggage for a few hours. "

"The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean. Access was easy using the door enrty codes provided. Wifi was good and easy to log onto. The Guest house was also vey quiet, with no disturbances. I used the breakfast room before I left, and ate granola, greek yoghurt and blueberries with a Coffee latte. These were dispensed from a vending machine, but were fresh and tasted lovely. Bowls, mugs and cuttlery were available. The staff I met were also friendly and chatty. I would highly recommend...
