Ideal location

Pluses: - Ideal location, just a 25 minute walk to the main town - Safe area - Very clean Not the biggest fan of the mattress or the shower, BUT that's purely personal preference. Would absolutely recommend

Amazing Hotel

This hotel was lovely! Have everything you need and it’s super quiet! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was ready 4 hours early so we were able to check straight in. Really handy as they have lockers you can leave your stuff in to go back and collect after you’ve checked out, saves you having to carry big bags and cases around York with you. We will definitely be back. Perfect location to, only a 10 minute walk to York city centre.

I had a lovely room and I liked the location by the river. Easy walk into town over the nearby bridge. I also liked the fact they had a 24 hour reception and 24 hour access to a coffee making in reception with a complimentary croissant at reception in the morning.

Thoroughly recommend Roomzz - our new favourite

Great accommodation with everything you could possibly want. Lovely decor, really comfortable bed, good wi-fi and great location. Free hot drinks and croissants each morning were a great idea and welcome bonus. Lockers for early arrival or late leaving, also a brilliant additional bonus. Quick check-in and no check out per se. Bathroom really great with nice strong shower, overhead and hand shower head, all modern and extremely clean.

A fantastic weekend away

What a beautiful hotel next to the river a nice walk to the centre of York. Staff so friendly and helpful clean and comfortable apartment. With everything you wanted in a apartment. We even asked to have a look at the 2 bedroom penthouse suite and was given a guided tourer, we will book the penthouse suite on our next visit with friends. And with free tea/coffee in the lobby. A great 2 nights stay could not ask for more.

This superbly run hotel is in a very convenient location for the city centre. This was our second visit, and we plan to return in the summer. The staff we encountered were polite and friendly. All this, and we can also have our dogs with us, makes for a truly great experience.

Lovely room - great stay.

Lovely light airy room with beautiful river view. Very nice kitchen area with all the essentials. Bathroom clean and under floor heating was an added bonus. Stall delightful.
