"Best hotel in Newcastle, no contest. Would stay again!"

"From arriving the staff were so polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy and were very well stocked with everything you would need in a suite stay. The included breakfast had a great variety of both hot and continental items. On-site secure parking for £13 was great. We will definitely stay here again."

"Good facilities, good location, friendly staffs. "

"We had a really lovely stay at Jesmond Dene Hotel. The staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and the hotel provided a quiet, peaceful escape."

"Lovely hotel. Great value for money in a lively student area."

Other than that nice stay."

"Well situated to train station, Eldon Square shopping centre, Grainger Market, Bigg Market’s bars and some nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. Room was decent although paint was peeling off the bathroom wall and some mould in the shower, so definitely needs a room refresh."

"Fint hotel "

The room was comfortable and well maintained by cleaning staff with good quality toiletries. Coffee, tea, biscuits and cartons of water were replenished daily. Breakfast was plentiful with a large menu of cooked to order items which were well presented and of good quality. Breakfast staff worked extremley hard replenishing, clearing...
