"We stayed at Briza villa 801 with swimming pool from 28 February to 5 March. The same villa we had last time we were here on Koh Samui. Nice location with its own pool and sea view. But unfortunately we note that the place is falling apart with poor maintenance, missing tiles and missing grout in the pool. So the entire hotel should be renovated to get the standard that the place deserves. The breakfast is unfortunately at the same poor level as last time when it comes to the selection of spreads and the lack of refrigeration of all the dishes with different products that were on display."

"Wonderful stay. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again. Peaceful relaxing resort with beautiful views. Beach is small and the sea is rocky but that’s not a negative comment, just factual. Pool area is lovely - didn’t feel crowded and always loungers and umbrellas available. The hotel has a shuttle bus into Chaweng a few times a day, which was great as made going in very straightforward and convenient. The hotel is a little further out of the hustle and bustle which was nice to retreat back to. Wonderful- recommended hotel. Really enjoyed the stay. "

"Hotel was really nice, the sea view room we were given had a strange smell to it. The roadworks outside the hotel made walking on the 'pavements' slightly unsafe. Location was perfect. "

First: This hotel is extremely close to the airport — so close that you will hear every jet landing and taking off. Aviation enthusiasts may appreciate the front-row experience, as you can step onto your patio and watch commercial aircraft flying just overhead throughout the day and especially early morning. Second: If you enjoy EDM and trance music, one of the area’s most well-known pool party clubs is located next door. With there great and very powerful sound system you will be pleased to know that the music carries clearly into the hotel, meaning you can enjoy the atmosphere from your room — doors open or closed — well into the late evening. Third: Guests seeking a more hands-off service style may find this property aligns with their preferences, as the hospitality experience is more minimal compared to the traditional warm Thai welcome many travelers expect. Finally: if you don’t have children or just hate yours this is a great place to stay with the entire family. As always, different travelers value different things — so it really depends on what kind of stay you’re looking for. "

"I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat elsewhere."
