"I reserved a 1000 sqf Executive suite with view of the ocean. Also, I requested for the highest floor. My first night was in 115 (building 1, first floor, room #5). There was no view of the ocean none whatsoever. As soon as I walked into the room, I call front desk right away to request for room change. The staff told me that there was no room available and I need to wait until the next day to find out what room, building is available. And, I have to check out by noon and wait until 3:00pm to check in again. The hotel should have provide accommodation like let us check out late or have access to regency club while waiting for our room for 3 hours. Note that, we paid for 4 days in a row."

"The villa is stunning. So spacious and luxurious. The swimming pool is wonderful. We were able to get taxis from the villa to local places and you could walk to little cafes / shops. This is a lovely place to come and stay."

"A lovely quiet location with just a short 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The laundry room was a great asset, reception always had change rode the machines. The condo was spacious, quiet and lonely and clean. Highly recommend."

"What a fantastic hotel! Unbelievable value for what you get. Huge pool, very clean and spacious rooms, unbeatable location on Choeng Mon beach. Such a lovely area - sandy beach with calm, warm sea and many lovely beach bars and restaurants. Also fantastic cafes on the main road for breakfast / brunch. Very chilled vibe. Wish I could give above 5 stars for the level of service. This is exceptional and the owner is so kind, friendly and helpful. Exceptional value, stunning area, had everything you need. Really want to return!"
