"What was going on with the milking event made my stay there miserable from accessing the valet to getting to your room was an absolute nightmare. Nobody at the desk was helpful and explaining any of that to you and then to charge me these outrageous fees for valet when I had to literally take a mile hike up and down through elevators to get to valet is unfair unkind, and I would never stay at the property again "
"Breakfast was great but the "fresh" pastries were anything but fresh they were dry like week old pastries.Room was clean. Bathroom needs updating. Mirror held up by drywall screws at the bottom. Open shower glass design leads to a wet bathroom and a cold shower. Shower fixture was old and outdated. The next complaint is not due to the hotel but due to the construction around the hotel - there was loud banging like pile driving all night. The city has quite hours but the construction never stopped. Again his portion of the complaint is only about the city and would effect all hotels in the area. "
"Great location, and the hotel was pretty good overall. Just missing a few things to make it elite. Only limited amenities in the bathroom. The tech and connectivity of TVs etc was not great. They don’t have usb-c ports. It’s obviously a fancy hotel but it costs a lot more than other better hotels. Breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids is no less than $150. Just a couple things drop it from the ultimate."
"Hotel smelled like mold, room was so dirty-too dirty to stay in. I was there for about 5 minutes and left to a different hotel immediately. Walls were filthy, bed had a weird red-brown stain, furniture was stained and it peeling, wall had awful patch work, baseboards were soooo gross. I never leave negative reviews but this was honestly the worst room I’ve ever set foot in. "
