"The room was cleaner than clean, light and airy. The staff were helpful, informative and friendly. I had a small issue with one of the locked window being slightly open, allowing cold air in, but this was dealt with same day by a member of the maintenance with no fuss. The gym and pool were great. "Lanelay Hall is a beautiful hotel. The decor, the ambience and the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff in all areas are warm and welcoming. The restaurant was a fabulous experience with very impressive food. We also had some of the best cocktails we have ever had with the mixologist taking time to explain the ones on offer.
