"Excellent location with large rooms that can accommodate families! Loved the 3 bedroom apartment that had a separate helper’s room. Breakfast was great with a semi buffet approach, staff were helpful especially the concierge team who were very helpful with coordinating deliveries for us. The rooms were comfortable with great beds and pillows. The only downside was the age of the rooms and the lack of usb charging ports, definitely something for management to consider installing. "
"Hotel is quite old which is visible in many places, however due to direct link to JCC by tunnel, ideal when participating at event in Jakarta Conference Centre. No time lost in traffic.
Staff friendly, rooms OK, breakfast abundant.
