"24/7 check in service. Free plentiful car park. 3 min walk from the Tube, and lots of shops and cafes. Room clean. Tea and coffee facilities and gave water! (Not many hotel services do). Bathroom clean. There is lockbox in room. WiFi strong. No breakfast services, though for some reason they have an area at the back with dining tables and chairs that you can sit I guess to relax. Be aware the double bed room is actually very small though than we realised. It didn’t really impact our stay because...

"The frontdesk lady was fantastic, extremely helpful. The surrounding area is worth taking a second look at if you're planning to stay there, but the train station is very close as it is Heathrow Airport."

"The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

"Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation "
