"I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction...
