My wife and I stayed here for our 2nd anniversary! The hotel and it's facilities far exceeded our expectations.
Starting with the kind lady at the front desk was very helpful during check in, she explained the parking, nearby amenities and activities payiently and offered us a crib for my 1 year old. The hotel even The hotel lobby was very "cottage" like and had a cabin like interior. It was in a quiet side of the village with quick and easy access to the gondola, shops, and activities.
They even had self serve trolleys for transporting stuff and the elevators were working quickly with 0 wait time. The room itself was laid out very efficiently. There was a side for the bed/washroom, another for the small kitchen and a cute dining table with a view of the mountain. My wife and I absolutely loved it! They even had a TV on a revolving stand. The washroom was newly renovated and very clear and spacious.
The kitchen has all the things you could imagine! Since we had decided to cook our own pre-prepped meals we had brought some of our own supplies but to our surprise the kitchen had a kettle, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, oven, trays, kitchen supplies and even a dishwasher with tabs! There was also complimentary coffee and a coffee maker! It made our trip so much easier and convenient!
Aside from the room, the hotel had a pool, hot tubs, sauna, exercise bikes, and a pool table.Our stay was very comfortable and affordable. Would recommend this to anyone!
