"Room was clean. Convenient to beach...about a ten min walk.. 24 hr grocery store right across the street. Casinos were about a 15 min walk (if you’re into that). Only issue I had was that there was no hot water for the three days that I was there, so cold showers it was."

"Noisy, granola bars with coffee for the price of this hotel was shameful. The common area was sparce-patio tables and a few unbrellas indoors. Too much traffic, construction, loud people but I guess that's what you get for staying in the center of Old San Juan. Will not recommend this property to anyone who wishes a decent nights sleep. Very disappointing for the end of a good trip.Should have expected and done more research. "

"The pool is amazing- warm, waterfall, cool lights, beautiful view of stars in the night sky. I love that you can take a shower on the 4th floor after checkout and after a day at the beach while the hotel protects your luggage. Staff Bryan and Miranda were very helpful and kind. Niche restaurant food, staff, and ambience were all excellent. Great proximity to the beach. We found parking easily on the street (we arrived at 6pm when people were leaving the beach).
