"Room looked like it was not cleaned before we we checked in. Hair from previous guest in the bathroom, shower scum all over the bathroom, and even a left over wrapper from previous guest near the bed. Sheets were clean, but did not feel like a properly turned over room. On our last day the room flooded, some pipe broke a couple of rooms down and water was coming through, no real rush to address the issue or make any amends for us. "We enjoyed the stay at the hotel. There is staff to help set up tours and were very friendly. We appreciated that the hotel lets you borrow towels for the beach. The pool needed a bit of maintenance but having the beach so close, we were only there for a bit one afternoon. Would recommend."

"First the check in staff was terrible. They treated us horribly and were not very helpful when some issues with Expedia and their hotel happened for reservations. After that the troubles only increased. The property advertises as All inclusive however no drinks apart from beer and the food was only buffet. Both were terrible.
